We're working with a long-established, well-run practice in East Cornwall, set minutes from the coast, to recruit a Salaried GP. The list size is 10,000+, but the team is solid, the structure is clear, and the workload is genuinely sustainable.

· 15-minute appointments, capped at 27 patients per day
